Welcome to BioresonanceUK Ltd. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Treatment Disclaimer
Bioresonance therapy is a complementary and alternative therapy that is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. The services provided by BioresonanceUK Ltd.do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition or disease. We strongly advise clients to consult with a qualified healthcare professional regarding any medical concerns.
2. Payment & Cancellation Policy
• All session fees must be paid in full prior to or at the time of the appointment.
• We accept Visa; Mastercard: Bank Transfer
• If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the session price.
• No-shows will be charged the full session fee.
3. Privacy & Data Protection
• BioresonanceUK Ltd. is committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal or medical information collected will be kept strictly confidential and used only for treatment and administrative purposes.
• We comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and will not share your information with third parties without your consent unless required by law.
• By using our services, you agree to our collection and storage of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
4. Contraindications & Client Responsibility
• Bioresonance therapy may not be suitable for individuals with certain conditions, such as pregnancy, pacemakers, or severe medical conditions. It is your responsibility to disclose all relevant health information before undergoing treatment.
• You must inform BioresonanceUK Ltd. of any changes in your health condition before each session.
5. Liability Waiver
• By receiving treatment, you acknowledge that BioresonanceUK Ltd. and its practitioners and employees are not responsible for any adverse reactions, dissatisfaction, or lack of effectiveness from the therapy.
• You agree to release BioresonanceUK Ltd. from any liability related to your treatment, except in cases of proven negligence.
6. Session Expectations
• Each session duration will vary depending on the service provided. Including but not limited to Initial Consults between 2 to 3 hours and general treatment sessions between 1 and 2 hours..
• Treatment is very personal and as such results may vary from person to person, and we do not guarantee specific outcomes.
• A full consultation will be conducted at your first appointment to assess your needs and suitability for treatment.
7. Amendments to Terms and Conditions
• BioresonanceUK Ltd. reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and take immediate effect.
